Why is my tracking number not showing any updates?

A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes its first scan. Check the number again later. If it is still not recognized, contact JVAN with your order number and checkout email.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent after the parcel is dispatched. It may also appear in your Shopify customer account when available.

What should I do if tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing?

Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building reception, and any carrier notice first. Then contact the local carrier and JVAN with the order and tracking numbers.
