The new version of the sector gear is an upgrade from the original three-hole positioning sector gear. The entire gear uses 40Cr steel as the raw material and is precision processed by CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC gear hobbing machines, straightening machines and other equipment. After processing, the gears are also subjected to heat treatment, including quenching, tempering and polishing processes, so that the gears have the characteristics of high strength, smooth rotation, low noise, and stable structure. At the same time, the integrated design of the gear shaft avoids slippage under high torque conditions.

Get Sector GearThe dual sector gear, also known as DSG Gear, is also made of 40Cr steel. All the gear data of the dual sector gear are consistent with the 18/16/13/12 ratio gear. You only need to select and replace the sector gear with the corresponding gear ratio to easily increase the fire RPM by approximately 100%. Please note that you must select the corresponding gear ratio, otherwise it cannot be used because the spur gear data of 18/16 and 13/12 are different. Get New DSGSSG Sector Gear is also known as short stroke gears. When using high-speed motors, it is usually necessary to cut off part of the teeth to avoid interference between the sector gears and the piston teeth. Cause of interference: When the gear rotates for one revolution, and the piston rebounds at the same speed. When the sector gear starts rotating for the second revolution, the piston has not returned to the origin, causing the gear to engage with the piston in advance by mistake. This usually occurs in the burst mode.

Get Magnetic Sector GearThe spur gear is made of 40Cr material as a whole. After heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC42-47, which is wear-resistant and high-strength. The optimization of the chamfer angle makes the straight teeth produce less meshing noise without reducing the strength.

Get Spur GearThe bevel gear consists of a 10-tooth pinion and a MIM bevel gear disc. The hardness of the pinion is controlled between HRC40-43, which not only ensures the wear resistance of the most fragile teeth, but also ensures its strength and toughness. Prevent the teeth from breaking under high torque conditions. For the bevel gear disc, we used a CNC lathe to precisely process the end faces and inner holes on both sides of the tooth blank made by MIM using a three-jaw chuck, which greatly corrected the parallelism and verticality of the tooth blank. After heat treatment, the hardness also reached HRC42-47
